Nigerians react as girl dies, man injured in another Police assault at Ajegunle

Nigerians have reacted to the alleged killing by Police Operatives from the Trinity Police Station, Ajegunle, Lagos, of a 20-year-old lady identified as Jessy Gold; and the injuring of an unidentified man suspected to be her beau.

The incident reportedly happened on Saturday night as the two victims were allegedly returning from an outing.

The CP has responded swiftly to this incident and made arrests of the officers involved in the shooting in Ajegunle that claimed the life of one and hospitalized another. He vowed to ensure the prosecution of these officers as deterrent to would be offenders.
